My services.

In today’s chaotic, stressful, and confusing world, each of us needs to develop a calm mind, peaceful heart, inner courage, and a positive sense of belonging and purpose in life in order to be grounded, confident, and relatively calm through life’s many challenges and storms.

However, not all of us have come from a background that prepared us for this, nor may our current approach to life provide us with the knowledge, tools, and skills to build that on our own.

The good news is that your story does not end there! You can build a life worth living according to your values, your needs, your goals. And I can guide you there.

I use an integrated and personalized approach to therapy, which means that I draw from several evidence-based modalities as I create a unique approach for each client according to their personality, needs, and goals. I find that this kind of “client-centered” approach creates a warm relationship where you can feel safe, accepted, supported, and understood. And in compassionate collaboration, we work together for lasting, positive change and overall personal wellbeing and growth.

I collaborate with clients to improve patterns of thought, to change behavioral habits, to shift core beliefs and self and the world, and to increase the understanding and healthy management of emotions. This leads to increasing openness to the real possibilities in your current life and courage to be your true self.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Southwestern Colorado. I use my experience, knowledge, and wisdom to work with adults experiencing things like depression, anxiety, uncertainty, “stuckness,” and relationship difficulties. I also help with the navigation of big life transitions, such as divorce, midlife, empty nest, career changes, etc.

My overarching goal is to help you develop self-compassion, courage, and contentment with yourself and your life.

I am happy to set up a time when we can talk by phone for about 10-15 minutes to discuss your current therapy needs and personal goals, and to discover if we might be a good fit to work together. (A text to my phone number below is preferred at this time, as I am often unavailable to immediately answer calls.)
